Performers and stage managers were released from agreements they signed to work on four shows that were produced by Scott Rudin after their union, Actors' Equity, filed complaints.
The productions impacted include 'To Kill a Mockingbird,' 'West Side Story,' 'The Iceman Cometh' and 'The Lehman Trilogy,' with the nondisclosure agreement release effective immediately.
All proposals are due by June 30, 2022.

Despite an attempt to ban smartphones in the theater, a video of the actor's nude scene in the Broadway production of "Take Me Out" circulated widely online.
"We condemn in the strongest possible terms the creation and distribution of photographs and videos of our members during a nude scene," said Kate Shindle, president of Actors' Equity Association
Actors’ Equity is blasting an audience member who secretly videotaped Jesse Williams’ nude scene while performing in Take Me Out at the Second Stage Theater in NYC and then released it on Twitter.
