"To me, the Legacy Robe is among the special perks of holding a chorus contract on Broadway. Representing the hard-working talents of the ensemble members, and especially the swings, brings me great honor. The bestowing turned even sweeter when it meant I would be representing ALL Filipinos on Broadway as we as a people continue to cement our place on the prestigious stages of Broadway and beyond."

First Broadway Credit: Aladdin, 2015 (swing/understudy)
Professional Training: "My training is based mostly from professional application. Because of access hardships in the Philippines, my initial training, when I finally immigrated to the U.S., came from my relentless pursuit of anything performing arts in high school. Namely: Jazz Band and Chamber Choir in the morning, Mixed Choir and Concert Band in the afternoon, Marching Band rehearsal after school and private dance studio training at night. And that’s IF I didn’t have rehearsal for the school musical that evening!"
Year Joined Equity: 2010
How I Got My Equity Card: Walt Disney World in Florida: "It was a Christmas run that offered a 3-month Equity contract. The very show where I met my now wife!"
Other Broadway Chorus Contract Credits: Aladdin
Fun Fact: "The first musical I ever did was in freshman year of high school where I performed a supporting role involving a kissing scene (Tommy Keeler in Annie Get Your Gun). Something in my young adolescent brain said, 'Oh, I can kiss pretty girls like this and be paid handsomely for it someday? I’m in!' And the rest is history. "
